Department of Labor and Employment must create the Colorado State Apprenticeship Resource Directory by January 1, 2019, and update it at least annually.

Directory must include detailed information from each apprenticeship program: program name, contact information, industry description, qualifications earned, duration, tuition costs, enrollment numbers, completion rates, graduate employment rates, and average compensation.

Directory shall include information from all U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeships, both union-affiliated and independent programs, plus a separate section for apprenticeships facilitated by not-for-profit intermediary agencies.

Department must promote directory availability by posting it prominently on its website, notifying workforce development boards and educational institutions, and requesting promotion by private industry and business associations.

$25,059 appropriated to the Department of Labor and Employment for the 2018-19 fiscal year, assuming 0.4 FTE, for state operations and program costs.
