HB18-1364 Summary

• Repeals the previous Colorado Advisory Council for Persons with Disabilities (section 24-45.5) and creates a new council under Title 26, Article 24, effective July 1, 2018.

• Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Human Services for the 2018-19 fiscal year to support the council with 1.0 FTE, and updates references to disability definitions in multiple state statutes and boards.
