Submits to Colorado voters on November 6, 2018 a proposed amendment to Article VI, Section 25 of the state constitution regarding judicial retention election ballot format.

Changes ballot format from listing individual justices/judges to grouping them by court type with a single question per court (e.g., "Shall the following justices of the Supreme Court be retained in office?") with individual names printed below the question.

Requires each justice or judge's name to appear on the ballot with "YES//NO//" boxes for voters to mark their choice on individual retention.

Specifies that for Supreme Court and appellate judges, state-at-large voters decide retention; for district court judges, voters in that judicial district decide; and for county court judges, voters in that county decide.

Amendment becomes effective upon approval by at least 55 percent of electors voting on the ballot title, and was approved by Governor John W. Hickenlooper.
