Adds military enlistment as a measure in Colorado's postsecondary and workforce readiness performance indicator for public high schools, school districts, and the state beginning in the 2018-19 school year or when data first becomes available.

Requires the Department of Education to track and report the percentage of high school graduates who enlist in the military in the school year immediately following graduation.

Weights military enlistment equally with other postsecondary enrollment options when calculating schools', districts', and the state's performance levels on the workforce readiness indicator.

Applies the military enlistment measure to individual high schools, school districts, the charter school institute, and statewide reporting.

Takes effect August 8, 2018, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case approval by voters at the November 2018 general election is required.
