Organizations issuing certificates for group special license plates may increase the minimum required donation by up to $10.

Beginning July 1, 2019, organizations may annually adjust the $10 donation increase to account for inflation, rounding to the nearest dollar.

The act applies to license plates issued or reissued on or after the effective date.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly (August 8, 2018) unless subject to a referendum petition requiring voter approval in November 2018.
