Creates the "Snow Removal Service Liability Limitation Act" to restrict certain liability provisions in snow and ice removal contracts when service providers are contractually prohibited from mitigating specific snow, ice, or precipitation events.

Declares void and against public policy any contract provisions requiring service providers to indemnify, defend, or hold harmless service receivers for damages caused by the receiver's acts or omissions, and vice versa.

Exempts from the law contracts for snow removal services on public roads, with public bodies, with public utilities, at municipal or county airports, and insurance policies, surety bonds, or workers' compensation agreements.

Takes effect August 8, 2018, unless subject to a referendum petition, in which case it requires approval by voters in November 2018 to become effective.

Applies only to snow removal and ice control services contracts entered into on or after the act's effective date.
