Voids covenants not to compete in physician employment, partnership, and corporate agreements upon termination, while preserving other enforceable provisions including damage payments reasonably related to injury from the breach.

Allows physicians to disclose their continuing practice of medicine and new professional contact information to patients with rare disorders (as defined by the National Organization for Rare Disorders, Inc., or successor) whom they were treating before agreement termination.

Provides liability protection to physicians and their employers from damages claims by prior agreement parties resulting from the disclosure or continued treatment of rare disorder patients after agreement termination.

Applies to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the act.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
