Updates terminology in statutes governing unemployment benefits (8-73-108), health insurance (10-16-102), professional licensing (12-10-107.1, 12-42.5-201, 12-42.5-202, 12-43-803), and criminal background check systems (13-5-142, 13-5-142.5, 13-9-123, 13-9-124)

Applies terminology changes to statutes addressing civil liability (13-21-103, 13-21-117), correctional facilities (17-1-113.9, 17-2-103, 17-27.1-101, 17-27.7-103), firearm permits (18-12-202), patient records (25-1-801, 25-1-802), Medicaid services (25.5-5-202 through 25.5-6-606), public assistance (26-2-111), and treatment programs (27-65-121, 42-4-1705)
