Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes section 27-60-102.5, which contained duplicate definitions in Article 60 of Title 27.

Makes a nonsubstantive change to statute intended to eliminate redundant definition sections without altering the scope or applicability of related statutory provisions.

Becomes effective at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly (August 8, 2018, if adjournment occurs May 9, 2018).

May be subject to voter approval through referendum petition filed under Article V, Section 1(3) of the Colorado Constitution; if petitioned, requires approval at the November 2018 general election to take effect.
