Removes duplicate odometer reading requirement from sections 42-3-105 and 42-6-107 of the Colorado Revised Statutes when a vehicle's identification number is physically verified.

Eliminates the requirement that vehicle-related entities verify odometer readings during physical inspections required by the Department of Revenue.

Maintains all other vehicle information verification requirements, including vehicle identification number, make, model, type, year of manufacture, and fuel type.

Clarifies that the removal of the odometer reading requirement is not intended to end odometer readings for recording on vehicle titles at the time of sale.

Takes effect August 8, 2018, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires approval by voters at the November 2018 general election.
