Repeals section 24-75-212 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, which required state agencies to annually report the amount of federal money received in the prior fiscal year.

Declares the reporting requirement as antiquated and obsolete because the General Assembly previously repealed the underlying reporting obligation that this statute addressed.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the expiration of the 90-day period after final adjournment of the 2018 General Assembly (August 8, 2018, if adjournment occurs on May 9, 2018).

Subject to referendum petition under the Colorado Constitution; if a referendum is filed within the 90-day period, the bill will not take effect unless approved by voters at the November 2018 general election.
