Extends the right to use deadly physical force against intruders to include owners, managers, and employees of a place of business, in addition to dwelling occupants.

Allows use of deadly force when an unlawful entry occurs and the person reasonably believes the intruder has committed or intends to commit a crime in addition to the entry, and might use any physical force.

Provides immunity from criminal prosecution for owners, managers, or employees of a business using physical force, including deadly force, in accordance with these provisions.

Provides immunity from civil liability for injuries or death resulting from the justified use of such force by business owners, managers, or employees.

Updates related statutes governing use of physical force in defense of premises and property to reference the new deadly force provisions for business locations.
