Exempts the Colorado Firefighting Air Corps Fund from the maximum reserve limitations set forth in Colorado Revised Statutes section 24-75-402.

Adds the Colorado Firefighting Air Corps Fund to the list of excluded cash funds in section 24-75-402(5)(aa), alongside other fire-related funds including the emergency fire fund, wildland fire equipment repair cash fund, wildland fire cost recovery fund, wildfire emergency response fund, and wildfire preparedness fund.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 24-33.5-1228 to specify that the Colorado Firefighting Air Corps Fund is exempt from reserve limitations.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
