• Creates the Governor's Mansion Maintenance Fund in the state treasury to receive rental fees and other revenue from mansion operations, with a maximum balance of $500,000 at fiscal year-end.

• The Governor's Office may expend fund money for operating costs of mansion activities, and the state department may expend funds for controlled maintenance, subject to annual appropriation.

• The Capital Development Committee must review appropriation requests for controlled maintenance projects and forward recommendations to the Joint Budget Committee.

• Department must submit annual reports by December 1 to the Capital Development Committee regarding fund balance and controlled maintenance needs of the mansion.

• The fund is excluded from cash fund uncommitted reserve limitations under Colorado law.
