• Appropriates $7.305 million from the Colorado Water Conservation Board construction fund for the 2018-19 fiscal year to fund 12 water-related projects including satellite monitoring, floodplain mapping, weather modification, and watershed restoration programs.

• Transfers $30 million from the loan guarantee fund to the severance tax perpetual base fund and authorizes $17.17 million in loans to the Pueblo Conservancy District for levee repairs to meet federal emergency management agency standards.

• Authorizes $11.91 million in additional loan increases for the Chatfield Reservoir Reallocation Project to three water districts (Centennial, Central Colorado, and Castle Pines North Metro) to address cost overruns.

• Appropriates $8 million for Republican River matters and transfers $2 million each to the litigation fund and water supply reserve fund, plus $500,000 each to the flood and drought response fund and feasibility study small grant fund.

• Makes technical amendments to statutes regarding water facility contracts, emergency dam repair fund limits, natural hazard mapping fund repeal date, and Colorado healthy rivers fund administration.
