Submits constitutional amendments to Colorado voters on November 6, 2018, to repeal the State Board of Education and prohibit the General Assembly from creating any state-level education policy or regulatory board.

Authorizes the General Assembly to provide by law for general supervision of public schools while explicitly forbidding creation of a State Board of Education or other state-level authority over public schools.

Removes all constitutional references to the State Board of Education from sections governing textbooks, term limits for elected officials, campaign contribution limits, and voluntary spending limits.

Requires approval by at least 55 percent of electors voting on the ballot measure for the amendments to become part of the Colorado Constitution.
