Encourages the Great Outdoors Colorado Program to identify and assist organizations providing outdoor restoration and recreational activities for military veterans.

Recognizes that outdoor activities help restore the physical and mental health of veterans dealing with service-related disabilities and mental health issues.

Notes that the Great Outdoors Colorado Program, established by voters in 1992, already partners with the Colorado Youth Corps Association and Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife to provide veterans conservation corps opportunities.

Encourages individuals and organizations to support veterans through gifts, grants, and donations to Great Outdoors Colorado for funding competitive grant programs serving veterans.

Directs that copies be sent to the Governor, legislative leaders, and various veteran service organizations including Team Rubicon, Colorado Firecamp, and the United Veterans Committee of Colorado.
