Extends the right to use deadly physical force against intruders to business owners, managers, and employees, matching protections previously limited to dwelling occupants.

Allows deadly force when an intruder has made unlawful entry into a place of business and the business person reasonably believes the intruder committed or intends to commit a crime and might use physical force.

Provides criminal immunity for business owners, managers, and employees using physical force, including deadly force, in accordance with these conditions.

Provides civil immunity from liability for injuries or death resulting from the use of such force by business owners, managers, and employees.

Amends related Colorado statutes (18-1-704, 18-1-705, 18-1-706) to clarify that deadly force provisions for business premises are authorized under the new section 18-1-704.5.
