Requires counties to change salary report publication from twice annually to once annually, starting January 1, 2020.

Allows counties to publish expense reports, salary reports, and financial statements on their official website with a link to the report in at least one legal newspaper, as an alternative to newspaper-only publication.

Maintains requirement that counties without legal newspapers publish reports in adjacent county newspapers or post in three conspicuous places including the courthouse door.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 30-25-111 regarding the manner and frequency of county fiscal information publication.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to referendum petition provisions.
