Increases annual compensation limit for urban drainage and flood control district directors from $240 to $1,200 per annum for terms commencing prior to January 1, 2019.

Increases annual compensation limit for directors with terms commencing on or after January 1, 2019 from $1,200 to amounts set forth in Colorado Revised Statutes 32-1-902(3)(a)(II).

Maintains per-meeting compensation cap at $75 for both categories of directors, with no compensation for unattended meetings.

Takes effect August 2, 2019, or upon voter approval at the November 2020 general election if a referendum petition is filed within 90 days of final adjournment.
