Allows county commissioners to delegate authority to county administrative officials to approve or deny final plats, amendments to final plats, and correction plats when findings have been previously made during preliminary plan review.

Permits delegation of authority to approve subdivision improvement agreements and other agreements required in connection with final plats, amendments, and correction plats.

Authorizes administrative officials to review and approve data, surveys, analyses, studies, plans, and designs submitted with final plats and amendments, and to review and approve subdivision exemptions.

Prohibits delegated authority from including approval of agreements for expenditure of public funds or waiver or restriction of appeal processes.

Requires any delegation to include procedures for public notice, written comment submission, and appeal rights to the board of county commissioners for administrative decisions.
