Urges Colorado's Congressional delegation to create a path to citizenship for persons with Temporary Protected Status and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status.

Requests Congress protect asylum seekers, restore permanent residency paths for parents of U.S. citizen children by repealing the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), and eliminate immigration quotas that cause decades-long waiting periods.

Encourages Colorado state government and subdivisions to require ICE to obtain judicial warrants before detaining or obtaining information about persons in Colorado.

Directs the state to maintain separation between law enforcement and ICE, including between probation officers and ICE, to ensure equal justice system access for all Colorado residents.

Specifically addresses four Colorado women in sanctuary (Araceli Velasquez, Ingrid Encalada Latorre, Sandra Lopez, and Rosa Sabido) as representatives of thousands of undocumented residents facing deportation despite community contributions and U.S. citizen family members.
