Extends the Legislative Interim Committee on School Finance to meet during the 2019 legislative interim in addition to the 2017 and 2018 interims.

Modifies the 2019 interim committee composition to include two majority party members and three minority party members from the House of Representatives, with leadership of both parties and chambers making appointments.

Requires the first meeting of the 2019 interim committee to be held no later than July 1, 2019, and allows the committee to meet up to five times during each interim.

Permits the interim committee to introduce up to five bills, joint resolutions, and concurrent resolutions in the 2018, 2019, and 2020 legislative sessions.

Extends the repeal date of the interim committee from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2020 and appropriates additional state public school fund money to cover costs through the 2019-20 budget year.
