SB19-119: Supplemental Appropriation to the Department of Personnel

• Amends the FY 2018-19 budget (HB 18-1322) to provide supplemental appropriations to the Department of Personnel totaling $205,369,885

• Funds multiple divisions including Executive Director's Office ($19,934,698), Human Resources ($7,950,015), Risk Management Services ($72,091,473), Central Services ($28,217,252), Accounts and Control ($19,914,469), Administrative Courts ($4,156,861), and Capital Assets ($56,816,160)

• Appropriations support personnel costs, employee benefits, workers' compensation claims ($36.3 million), liability and property insurance, fleet management, and Capitol Complex maintenance and security upgrades

• Funds come from multiple sources including General Fund, cash funds, reappropriated funds, and federal funds with specific designations for various state programs and services

• Includes safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety
