Removes the September 1, 2019 sunset deadline for the Public Safety Communications Subcommittee to the Homeland Security and All-Hazards Senior Advisory Committee, allowing the subcommittee to continue operating indefinitely.

Repeals the statutory language in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(9)(a)(III) that scheduled the subcommittee's automatic repeal.

Repeals the statutory language in Colorado Revised Statutes 24-33.5-1614(3.3)(i) requiring the subcommittee to undergo sunset review under section 2-3-1203.

Implements recommendations contained in the 2018 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies regarding the subcommittee's continuation.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on August 2, 2019, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case approval by voters at the November 2020 general election is required.
