Extends the Colorado Podiatry Board sunset date from July 1, 2019 to September 1, 2026, implementing recommendations from the 2018 Department of Regulatory Agencies sunset report.

Requires podiatry license applicants to pass an examination approved by the Colorado Podiatry Board, in addition to completing a one-year residency program.

Establishes confidential practice limitation agreements allowing podiatrists with physical, mental health, or behavioral disorders to continue practicing with board-imposed restrictions rather than face immediate discipline.

Permits qualified podiatrists who have completed specialized podiatric surgery residency with rearfoot/ankle surgery certification to perform bone marrow aspirations from the tibia distal to the tibial tubercle.

Redefines unprofessional conduct to include failure to notify the board of health conditions affecting practice ability, failure to act within agreed-upon limitations, and failure to comply with confidential agreements.
