Continues the State Board of Accountancy beyond its initial July 1, 2019 repeal date, rescheduling closure for September 1, 2030 instead.

Implements recommendations from the 2018 Department of Regulatory Agencies sunset report on the accountancy board's operations and regulations.

Allows individuals with management accounting designations from recognized organizations to use those titles without needing CPA certification, provided they do not offer audit or attest services.

Permits nonresident CPA certificate holders to satisfy Colorado continuing education requirements by demonstrating compliance with their home state's requirements.

Adds fraudulent, coercive, or dishonest practices as grounds for disciplinary action against accountants in Colorado, other states, U.S. territories, or foreign countries.
