Removes the fire suppression programs of the Division of Fire Prevention and Control from the September 1, 2019 repeal date and reschedules them for repeal on September 1, 2026.

Changes the statutory termination date in Colorado Revised Statutes 24-33.5-1209 from September 1, 2019 to September 1, 2026 for fire suppression program sections 24-33.5-1204.5, 24-33.5-1206.1, 24-33.5-1206.2, 24-33.5-1206.3, 24-33.5-1206.4, 24-33.5-1206.5, 24-33.5-1206.6, and 24-33.5-1207.6.

Requires the fire suppression programs to be reviewed in accordance with section 24-34-104 before the September 1, 2026 repeal date.

Implements the 2018 sunset report recommendation by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

Takes effect August 2, 2019, or if subject to a referendum petition, becomes effective upon voter approval at the November 2020 general election.
