Directs an integrated funding pilot program to address fragmentation and duplication of behavioral health services across the state for children and youth with behavioral health disorders.

Appropriates $619,484 in general fund and $771,903 in anticipated federal funds for fiscal year 2019-20 to implement wraparound services, staff positions, and training resources.
