Extends the deadline for completing an independent evaluation of the pilot program for complementary or alternative medicine for persons with spinal cord injuries from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2025.

Requires the state department to report evaluation findings to the Health and Human Services Committee of the Senate and the Public Health Care and Human Services Committee of the House of Representatives.

Delays the repeal of Part 13 of the complementary or alternative medicine statute from September 1, 2020 to September 1, 2025, allowing the program to continue operating.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
