Amends Colorado Consumer Protection Act to clarify that individual plaintiffs in private civil actions can be awarded $500 per violation for deceptive trade practices.

Defines "bad faith conduct" as fraudulent, willful, knowing, or intentional conduct that causes injury.

Establishes separate damages framework for class actions, allowing liability equal to actual damages sustained by the class plus court costs, reasonable attorney fees, and injunctive or declaratory relief when applicable.

Applies to causes of action arising on or after July 1, 2019.
