Appropriates $1,187,502 to the Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2019-20 from the Colorado DRIVES vehicle services account to implement House Bill 18-1299 concerning electronic vehicle ownership documents.

Allocates $100,312 for motor vehicles division personal services (1.7 FTE) and $9,140 for operating expenses related to vehicle services.

Allocates $72,546 for executive director's office personal services (1.4 FTE) and $7,914 for operating expenses.

Allocates $981,000 for DRIVES system maintenance and support and $16,590 for information technology services purchased from the Governor's Office of Information Technology.

Any unexpended funds as of July 1, 2020 are reappropriated to the Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2020-21 for the same purpose.
