Designates March 26, 2019, as "Colorado Children's Health Day" to promote health for Colorado children.

Acknowledges that healthy children physically, mentally, and socially are more likely to attend school, miss fewer days, and have better focus and self-control.

Addresses childhood health challenges including malnutrition, obesity, and mental health issues, citing that suicide is the leading cause of death for Colorado children ages 10 to 24.

Encourages schools, health professionals, and organizations to design activities and educational programs on Colorado Children's Health Day that address nutrition education, physical activity, and mental health tools for individual communities.

Directs distribution of the resolution to state health officials, organizations, and Governor Jared Polis.
