Designates May 15, 2019, as Peace Officers' Memorial Day to honor officers who made the supreme sacrifice or were disabled in the line of duty.

Lists 341 Colorado peace officers who died in the line of duty from 1869 through 2018, organized by year and agency.

Calls upon Colorado citizens and civic organizations to observe Police Week and recognize the duties, responsibilities, and challenges of peace officers.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Governor, law enforcement leadership, and organizations representing police survivors and officers.
