Adds a new Workplace Harassment Committee to Senate Rule No. 21, consisting of four members appointed equally by the majority and minority leaders.

Committee chair and vice-chair must be elected with one from each major political party, with leadership roles alternating between sessions of the General Assembly.

Committee handles complaints filed against Senate members or partisan Senate staff under the General Assembly's workplace harassment policy.

Meetings may be held in executive session and all complaint-related documents are confidential and exempt from public inspection.

Committee may solicit outside experts to assist in its work and applies to "partisan staff persons" including caucus staff, aides, interns, and volunteers supervised by Senate members.
