• Updates provisions regarding peer health assistance program services, self-referral procedures, confidentiality protections, and suspension procedures to apply to both certificate holders and licensees.

• Makes technical corrections to statutory language without altering the scope or applicability of remaining statutes.

• Takes effect August 5, 2020, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires voter approval at the November 2020 general election.
