Establishes a $2,500 aggregate contribution limit per election for school district director candidates from individuals and political committees (excluding small donor committees).

Establishes a $25,000 aggregate contribution limit per election for school district director candidates from small donor committees.

Requires contribution limits to be periodically adjusted for inflation consistent with other Colorado campaign finance contribution limits.

Mandates school district director candidates file contribution and expenditure reports quarterly in off-election years and multiple times before elections with the Colorado Secretary of State.

Appropriates $7,000 to the Department of State Information Technology Division for implementation and takes effect July 1, 2020.
