Requires health insurance carriers to provide colorectal cancer screening coverage for individuals age 45 and older, in addition to those meeting U.S. Preventive Services Task Force A or B recommendations.

Mandates coverage for high-risk individuals, including those with family medical history of colorectal cancer, prior cancer or precursor polyps, or chronic digestive diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis.

Requires coverage for follow-up colonoscopy procedures when results from noninvasive colorectal cancer screening tests are abnormal.

Applies to health insurance plans governed by Colorado Revised Statutes 10-16-104 regarding mandatory coverage provisions.
