• Extends the repeal date of the HOA Information and Resource Center from September 1, 2020 to September 1, 2025

• Implements recommendations from the 2019 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies regarding HOA oversight

• Prohibits homeowners associations from banning religious items or symbols displayed on unit entry doors or frames, except those threatening safety, hindering door operation, violating law, containing obscene content, or exceeding 36 square inches individually or combined

• Requires HOA associations performing maintenance or replacement of entry doors to provide individual notice to unit owners regarding temporary removal of religious items or symbols during work

• Defines "religious item or symbol" as an item displayed because of sincerely held religious belief
