• Expands grounds for nurse discipline to include sexual acts with patients, failure to report malpractice judgments/settlements, adverse licensing actions in other states, and controlled substance diversion

• Removes mandatory reporting requirements for nurses to have confidential agreements to limit practice when substance use disorder is involved, while allowing voluntary agreements for other health impairments

• Eliminates requirement for advanced practice registered nurses to maintain articulated plans after obtaining full prescriptive authority, and removes articulated plan verification requirements from physician discipline standards
