Allows agricultural producers to obtain overweight permits for divisible loads if the vehicle is registered as a farm vehicle and meets specified conditions.

Permits allow transportation of agricultural products (including livestock) from place of production to storage or sale for up to 100 designated days per calendar year, which need not be consecutive.

Vehicles must comply with Department of Transportation rules governing load distribution on axles.

Permit fees are $40 for general vehicles, $50 for quad axle groupings, and $50 for vehicles with trailers having 2 or 3 axle groupings.

Producers may use permitted vehicles for other purposes as long as they are not transporting oversized loads under the permit.
