HB 20-1252 Summary

• Appropriates supplemental funds to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, amending Part XIII of Session Laws of Colorado 2019, chapter 454 (SB 19-207).

• Total appropriation of $131,718,845 distributed across four divisions: Executive Director and Army National Guard ($21,538,659), Division of Veterans Affairs ($5,050,545), Air National Guard ($3,629,641), and Federal Funded Programs ($101,500,000).
