Appropriates a supplemental $530,076,522 to the Department of Public Safety for fiscal year 2019-20, amending Part XVII of session law SB 19-207.

Allocates funds across major divisions including Colorado State Patrol ($175,765,398), Division of Criminal Justice ($130,858,191), Division of Fire Prevention and Control ($30,774,741), and Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management ($62,701,769).

Includes $22,000,000 appropriation to the 2013 Flood Recovery Account for disaster response and recovery efforts.

Funds personnel services, operating expenses, equipment leases, grants, and various specialized programs including victim assistance, school safety resources, and emergency preparedness.
