Appropriates $860,938,803 total to the Department of Treasury for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, amending the Long Bill (SB 19-207).

Administration section allocates $3,108,109 for personal services (17.4 FTE), health benefits, PERA contributions, operating expenses, IT services, legal services, and related departmental costs.

Unclaimed Property Program receives $2,359,746 for personal services (15.5 FTE), operating expenses, promotion, leased space, and contract auditor services funded from the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund.

Special Purposes section allocates $855,470,948 for senior citizen and disabled veteran property tax exemptions, highway user tax fund distributions to counties and municipalities, PERA liability funding, and academic facility lease purchases.

Includes safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety, with bill approved by Governor Jared Polis.
