Prohibits male students from participating on athletic teams designated for "females," "women," or "girls" for students in grades 6-12 at school-sponsored athletic activities.

Allows students to prove female sex by presenting a signed physician's statement based on internal and external reproductive anatomy, naturally occurring testosterone levels, and chromosome analysis.

Physician's statement valid for participation in any Colorado athletic activity for the duration of the school year it is presented.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly (August 5, 2020), subject to referendum petition and possible approval by voters in November 2020.
