Requires disclosure of the number of students in kindergarten through third grade with READ plans and the number who have achieved reading competency

Requires posting of the local education provider's budget and narrative explanation for use of Colorado READ Act intervention money

Requires individual school websites to include the same information or provide links to the information on the district website
