• Renames the "Colorado Children's Trust Fund Act" to the "Colorado Child Abuse Prevention Trust Fund Act"

• Expands the Colorado child abuse prevention board from 9 to 17 members, adding representatives from health care policy and financing, local affairs, child protection ombudsman, county leadership, parent organizations, and legislative appointees

• Expands board powers to advise the governor and state agencies on child maltreatment prevention, develop strategies to decrease child maltreatment and adverse childhood experiences, and implement local prevention plans

• Extends the repeal date of the act from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2026

• Transfers the board from the department of public health and environment to the department of human services
