Repeals section 39-3-207(6) of Colorado Revised Statutes, which previously transferred unexpended money from county property tax exemption reimbursements to senior services and veterans assistance programs.

Eliminates the annual June 30 transfer mechanism that directed 95% of unexpended funds to the senior services account within the Older Coloradans cash fund and 5% to the veterans assistance grant program.

Transfers any remaining money in the senior services account to the general Older Coloradans fund effective upon enactment of the bill.

Repeals the senior services account entirely effective July 1, 2020.

Requires the state treasurer to transfer $13 million from the Older Coloradans fund to the general fund on July 1, 2020.
