Repeals article 24 of title 26 of Colorado Revised Statutes, which established the Colorado advisory council for persons with disabilities.

Repeals section 42-1-227 related to disabled parking education and enforcement provisions.

Removes the Colorado advisory council for persons with disabilities from the sunset review list scheduled for September 1, 2023.

Eliminates the requirement for the Department of Motor Vehicles to consult with the Colorado advisory council when developing disabled parking application forms and informational materials.

Reduces the general fund appropriation to the Department of Human Services by $238,497 and decreases related staffing by 1.0 FTE for the 2020-21 fiscal year.
