Adds section 25-3-125 to Colorado Revised Statutes establishing legislative findings on hospital patient visitation rights during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Finds that COVID-19 prevention measures have forced hospitals to restrict visitation, leaving many non-COVID patients alone during serious conditions, surgeries, and end-of-life care.

Encourages hospitals to follow infection prevention protocols and improve visitation policies to balance virus transmission reduction with allowing family members to be present during illness, particularly at end of life.

Defines COVID-19 as the respiratory illness caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

The statute automatically repeals on September 30, 2021, and is declared necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
